Now let’s talk about the studios themselves. There are a number of different studios on offer; depending on your preference and the room size that you’d personally prefer. Regardless of studio type, every studio flat comes with a double bed and smart TV, which we know are things that students really prefer.

The rents start from £165 per week with a maximum of £200 for more premium studios. You can choose to pay your rent in either 1, 2 or 4 instalments. Please note that you may need a guarantor if you choose to pay in 2 or 4 instalments (subject to the student hall’s policy). This will be discussed with you by your booking consultant and we help you find a guarantor, should you need one.

You can also choose to share any of the studios with another person. Just let us know in the booking form if you wish to share with another person and leave the rest to us.

Another good part is that your rent includes ALL utility bills too! Dealing with separate energy companies is something that most students prefer not to do. In this hall, you only pay your rent and that is inclusive of everything. In-house testing for COVID-19

The hall will be offering in-house testing point within the hall for free for any students who have COVID-19 symptoms.

Personal protection equipment (PPE)
Masks, gloves, and pocket-sized hand sanitiser will be available to residents.

Communal seating – treated with anti-virus barrier
All furniture in the communal spaces will be treated with Biomaster antimicrobial technology offering protection against both odour and illness-causing bacteria.

Anti-bacterial hand gel stations
Anti-bacterial hand gel stations will be distributed generously throughout the Nurtur House building, ensuring our residents can keep their hands clean. All those who enter the building will be encouraged to use our anti-bacterial hand gel stations.
