Legoland Windsor

 

The Legoland chain of resorts and theme parks has their UK park located just out of London in nearby Windsor. If you love Lego or are still young at heart, Legoland Windsor is the place to go. Be sure to explore the different themed areas, Disneyland-style, and enjoy all that the park has to offer you. If you really love Lego, you can even stay in one of the Lego-themed hotels on site.

Windsor

 

Windsor is the home of all things royal. The Queen’s weekend residence, Windsor Castle is located there. If you’re a fan of the royal family and live in London, a visit to Windsor is a must. Royal fans will know that Windsor Castle is where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were married. Elsewhere in the town, you’ll find plenty of high-end boutiques, bars and cafes to peruse.

Cambridge

 

This hallowed university city is a must-visit for anyone living in London. Make the trip up to Cambridge for the weekend and fall in love with this stunning and historic city. Make your way around the city and explore the many colleges and buildings of the University. You could be studying here one day.

The Backs is a picturesque area of Cambridge, which you’ll have probably seen in many a film or TV show. You too can enjoy The Backs with a scenic punt ride.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London

 

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, known by many simply as Harry Potter World, is a must-visit for any fans of the Harry Potter film franchise. Based at the studios where the whole franchise was filmed, the tour offers fans a complete behind the scenes experience, as well as recreations of some of the most iconic scenes from the franchise.
