Keep Things Tidy

Lots of students are messy, but you’ll find that when you live in a messy space, it’s hard to focus or even fall asleep. Clutter means that we can’t relax and we don’t even feel comfortable in our own space. This may lead to you becoming less productive and having poorer quality of sleep.

Tidying up can have a massive impact on your mental health and boost your productivity. Take some time to clean your room and flat up and from then on just clean up as you go about your day. You’ll be surprised at how effective this is at boosting your productivity and making you a more positive person.
