1. Learn About the History

One of the best ways to get to know a city better is to learn about this history of it, and Huddersfield has a lot of history. The Tolson Museum is a great place to start as it tells you everything about the town and people from prehistoric times to the present day. 

You can also head up to Castle Hill, a landmark that dates back over 4,000 years and has a fascinating and long history to learn about. Stand where ancient people once stood and look over the town in all its glory.

2. Take a Brewery Tour

If there’s one place you’ll find some amazing beers, it’s West Yorkshire. Huddersfield is packed with amazing breweries and is the home of the Real Ale Trail, so you must be sure to have a tipple.
